I have been watching all three music shows and SVOI is the best cos it really promotes good talent. All shows have judges fighting and disagreeing, thats common where there are artists, then opinions differ and since these are all successful artists, in India specially they all get fat-headed and think their opinon is the best.
Anyway, regardless of that, the best judgement is given in SVOI w/o any biases, whoever sings well is appreciated and who does not do well, even a good singer, gets appropriate comments.
Secondly there is no self publicity in SVOI, unlike SRGMP where they are always promoting some film, its terrible when they promote their won films.
Indian Idol is ofcourse about jumping and showing "Adaa", SRGMP is become some ego-driven show where each has clear-cut favorites and they are all promoting their own. Come on, all of them are good singers in their genre, which genre would you pick as the winner? Is confusing and i cant stand watching that show anymore.
So thats the reason i like SVOI the best.
