day by day Sahir character is unpredictable.

he is not angry man. his eyes does have concern for every one around him

he seems to be struck looking at moon. moon are naturally linked with love in teleshows. more chances of a girl in his past or present who is in critical state.

But he mentioned that, "beautiful faces have another face hidden behind," i.e., the face of perfidy.
From the way he was so upset, the medical report is likely that of his child, whether or not he is married.
