Absolutely not Vinu. People would have never been able to hold responsible jobs in fields that require creativity in that case..

Is resposiblity effect in mind....??

For eg: sachin ko captain banaya all says that cos of the post's resposiblity he not able to play??? something like that way...

oh, you mean the pressure additional responsibility creates...hmmm....i think it all depends how strong the person is mentally. personally, i give my bestest when i am solely responsible for my projects...even if they happen to be first time projects with no precedences.

a weak person might crumble under pressure. as far as cricket, i think the huge expectations from the entire nation is the main culprit....not just the captaincy!!!

again, i say, varies from person to person. if one lacks determination and zeal to be successful, to make it big...then they will use any or all pretexts to justify their failure. if you are strong willed and driven, you'll find a way to succeed...no matter what😊
