Case: "Unsolved Serial Rape Case"

Characters:

1.Ms. Madhu Mehta/Sapna: Teacher, Nursery School. Divorcee. Kidnapped ten years ago in 1995 and raped for three months. She had changed her name and identity to forget her past.

2.Ms.Rati Sahay: Divorcee. Another rape victim, who is at present in the clutches of the rapist. Neha finds about this case from the police database.

3.Ms. Poonam Sahay: Rati's sister. During her cvaptivity, Rati had somehow called up her sister and informed her about the place she was help captive.

4.Mrs.Poorvi Desai: Principal, Nursery School. Madhu worked in this school. Missing Madhu for 5 days the principal had lodged a complaint.

5.Ms.Komal Mathur: Single, Unmarried. She was came to Mumbai to earn money, to take care of her dear old mother. She was raped in 2003. But she lodged the complaint as kidnapping, because of fear of criticisms and her worry about her mother.

6.Ms. Mamta Seth: Single. She was raped by the same rapist in 2004.

7.Mr. Abdul Raheem: Owner of a cycle shop. He had been in jail from 1996 to 2002, living in Vile Parle, East. So was interrogated for his alibi for the last 6 months. Had a solid alibi and was dropped off the suspect list.

8. Mr. Ajit Narayanan: Worked in a petrol pump. He had also been in jail from 1996 to 2002, living in Vile Parle, East. So was interrogated for his alibi for the last 6 months. Had a solid alibi and was dropped off the suspect list.

9. Mr. Prakash Yadav: Owned an autorichshaw.He had also been in jail from 1996 to 2002, living in Vile Parle, East. So was interrogated for his alibi for the last 6 months. Had a solid alibi and was dropped off the suspect list.

10. Mr. Mehta: Doctor, Owned a pathology lab. Mihir worked here at the present. The lab situated in Vile Parle, East.

11. Mr. Mihir: A lab technician. He worked in a pathology lab in Vile Parle, East, where the three rape victims lived. They were suggested to do tests in this pathology lab, as adviced by their gynaecologist. He was in jail from 1996 to 2002 due to some family dispute with his brother.

Rapist: Mihir

Pattern: Mihir worked in a pathology lab which was in Vile Parle, East. The women had approached the pathology labs for carrying out certain test as suggested by their gynaecologist.

Mihir took advantage of this situation. He would home deliver the reports, check on the women. He selected single women, either divorcee or unmarried, who would be missed less. Then he kidnapped them and satisfied his won will. He would then make them drink vinger and bleach so that traces of his semun and blood would be erased from the rape victim's body.

His first victim was Madhu in 1995. Been in jail from 1996 to 2002 there were no rapes. In 2003 it was Komal mathur, in 2004 Mamta Seth and in 2005 Rati Sahay.

He always kidnapped and raped the women in March of the year, when he would be on leave from the pathology lab he works in.(That sadist😡)

Summarised Episode Update:

Neha comes up with a file, which is an unsolved rape case, which had happened more than ten years ago. The rapist had kidnapped a twenty five year old woman who used to live alone and had kept her captive for three months frequently raping her during that time. Neha wants Shaina to take active interest in the case but Shaina seems very detached from the Special Squad. She does not like the fact that Aryan is spending more time with Deepika.

Aryan who agrees to take up the cold case but the first stumbling block is the victim herself who has gone away. Aryan instructs Ajay and Boxer to send out a notice for any information about the rape. Neha fiercely protests and says no it will warn the rapist and he will try to protect himself.

Shaina finds this behavior on the part of Neha strange and asks her what is bothering her. Neha confesses that she had intercepted a radio relay that some woman was undergoing the same kind of kidnap and rape routine right now. She had managed to make one call to her sister and the way she had described the place of captivity it was the same as the kidnap and rape case that had happened ten years ago. That is why she had brought out the case. Neha says we need to save the poor girl who is in captivity right now.

Shaina who wants to prove a point to Deepika plunges head long into the case. Shaina and Neha conduct their separate investigation estranging them from the whole Special Squad.

Will they manage to save the woman who was being held hostage by a serial rapist?

Detailed update:

Neha wants to re-open an unsolved case and tells Shaina about it.

Shaina tells her to go and ask for Deepika and Aryan's permission as she does not have any kind of authority at SS anymore. Neha tells her that she is the best investigator at SS and no one can deny that.

Aryan and Deepika tell Neha to do a general search on Madhu Mehta, the victim in the unsolved case who was kidnapped n raped 10 years ago. Neha refuses and is quite rude to Aryan...she tells him that she'll find it her own way. Later she takes Zubin's help and through a sketch of the victim they
manage to trace her. She has changed her identity and everything,address,etc.

Neha tells Shaina that she had seen a case in the Police Headquarters records about a victim, Rati Sahay who had been kidnapped but managed to call her sister n tell her that she was being raped by a person who had blindfolded her n kept her in a place where there were traces of cotton n silk, smell of petrol, etc.

She was being raped in the same way that Madhu was, which is why Neha refuses to place a general search on her. Shaina feels that if they tell Aryan to take up Rati's case who is still missing... Deepika will think it is a new case n she and Aryan will not take it up. These incidents hav been happening in Vile Parle.

Therefore, they don't tell Aryan about Rati. Dipika and Aryan decide that Shaina must go and meet Madhu, to get information from her... She goes to meet Madhu n requests her to co-operate... But Madhu does not because she wants to 4get her past.

Also, Shaina is behaving very strangely... She is talking rudely to Aryan. She lies to Aryan that she is taking Neha along with her to do some shopping, and that too, rather curtly. They go to Madhu's house to persuade her once again.... But again its of no use. On their way out they meet Boxer n Ajay... they lie to them about this.

Later Madhu comes to the SS office, n meets Deepika n tells her that
since Shaina has told her that another woman is still with the rapist. Deepika tells Aryan this... He wants to talk to Shaina about this but ends up firing her n Neha left, right n centre after Madhu Mehta's interrogation. Shaina says that Aryan has changed n Aryan tells Shaina that this has nothing to do with them personally.

Then they start everything from scratch. They show Aryan thinking about the the cae while playing golf. They find that there are two more rape victims who had not lodged complaints n on interrogating them n Madhu Mehta they realise that the rapist knew about their unsafe days in the month Shaina thinks it might be a gynaecologist. But on further enquiry they realise that their gynaecologists are different. Meanwhile, Aryan tells Neha to find records of people who have been in jail residing in Vile Parle where these incidents have been taking place. But those people have very strong alibis.

Then they figure that it might be a person who knows Vile Parle area very well maybe some1 who works there. They find the name of a person called Mihir who works in a Pathology lab which all the gyanaecologists of the victims had recommended. It turned out that this man used to deliver the reports to them. They found that this man is on leave for 2 months every year at this time. Also, he was in jail for a a couple of years the same period when the rape incidents n kidnappings had stopped due to a property dispute with his brother.

They are all brainstorming over the night as to where the rapist could be...until Aryan realises that all these things are related to dry cleaner.. smell of petrol which is similar to benzene used in laundry...cotton, silk, etc, counting of numbers from 1-200 which means that it was a big place. They find the dry cleaners n save Rati n catch they guy who Shaina puches.

At the end of it, Deepika tells everyone that they are now allowed to take on new cases and that she is going since Headquarters wanted her to transfer one person from SS n the team is just perfect. She also adds that she is going on leave but has given n application to come back to SS and Shaina & Deepika part as friends.

She goes over to her and tells she has found an unsolved case..... 😕 Its that of a kidnap and rape case.. I want to re-open it.......

Shai is not in any mood for any kind of investigation.... Her words that follow say that clearly...... 😭

She raps to Neha that go and inform this to Aryan and Dipika..... 😡 Waise meri to aajkal Special Squad me chakti kahaan hai..... Aur Aryan bhi us Dipika ka saath deta hai....... 😕

Oh Shai..... To ye baat hai....🤢 Kyun Shai, tumne Aryan ko sirf itna hi samjhaa....... Sigh... You should have known that Aryan is doing all this for the sake of Special Squad and you all........ By the way the things he supported, were truthfully..... You do take it personally........

Neha is upset 😕 to hear speaking that way..... She says "Whats up Shai? We all know that you are the best crime fighter and foreign investigator.... No one can deny this"

But Shai says that atleast some one is there here who believes this.......

Sigh...... Shai, not fair.... Come on..... Aryan ko tum itne saalon se jaanti ho and still you say llike this.... Kab samjhogi 😭

Neha brages in, giving a stare towards Dipika……

She approaches Aryan says she found and old unsolved rape case……. A lady Madhu was kidnapped and kept in custody for three months…. Between which she was raped many times…… I want to re-open the case………..

Dipika says that Neha the case has been filed so many years ago and there is no forensic evidence available, so do you think you can find the culprit………❓

Neha says that atleast we could try……..

Aryan agrees to it saying that he would like to take up the case………

Between this Aryan and Dipika have beautiful taunting, jovially about the case…….

Aryan says that now until your report is sent we can't solve new cases and I am also getting bored playing golf whole day!!!!!!!
