Why has Parineeti suddenly stopped receiving film offers?

Parineeti was very much in demand earlier this year, but now it seems that she isn't being offered any new roles. Why is that? As far as I'm aware, she doesn't have any flops to her name and most of her performances have been appreciated.

It's true that she tends to play the same kind of roles again and again, but she plays them well. Also, that can't be the reason for her not being offered anything after Kill Dil.

Is she waiting for the 'right script' or what? Or is she still hoping that the film with Saif will be made after all?

I think Parineeti does not generate any interest. I like her and I like her work but there is nothing abt her that is interesting to want me to see her on screen. I suggest she tries to radically do sthg different next - success or failure she will get attention!

Well, she is trying to lose weight and change her look. Apparently, she is even going to wear a bikini in her next film to increase her sex appeal, etc. Not sure if that's the best approach though.

She was fine until HTP. Its DEI that shook her a bit.

Plus lets be honest, Alia and Shraddha really exploded this year, they both got a film in the 100-crore club and all of their releases in 2014 were pretty strong products (critically and/or commercially)

Yes, Pari doesn't have major flops but none of her films are "big hits" either.

Right now Alia is in the lead, but if Parineeti wants to be on top she really needs to experiment more and change her career graph. Sadly I have not heard her signing ANY projects after Kill Dill. She needs to buck up...and FAST!

she disappeared after Ishaqzaade and came back with a

flood of films..

she doesnt broadcast to the world what she is being offered

and not.

how long has she been in films and she has already acted

with Arjun, Ranveer, Sushant, Sid, Aditya

ALL the big guns of young bollywood.

except Ranbir. Im just waiting for this phataka to be offered

a film opposite RajKumar Rao. These two talent ka bhandar

need to be paired up so we can see the dhamaka.

Nowadays no top star is lauded solely for being a fine fine

actor. I think only Ranbir and Vidya have that honour.

I'm sure she's still getting offers. Maybe she's just waiting for the right time to announce something. She just needs to try something different, and I'm sure she knows that.

Probably waiting for announcement to be made by the production house concerned. I'm sure she has films- at least YRF must have offered her something.

Aalia,Shraddha and Kriti Sanon happened & their movies were mostly big hits. Film makers have many options now who are quite bankable & generate more interest too. Aalia is backed heavily by KJo.

PS. I like Parineeti but I feel this is the reason.

In an interview recently she said that she hasn't signed anything, and said that her film with Saif was still on, even though Saif has apparently put that project on hold.
