After Ajay Devgn's Singham Returns thrashed Kick's opening day collection, now Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif's Bang Bang has also edge passed this Salman Khan starrer. Early estimates of the day one suggests Bang Bang could touch the 27 crore mark. Salman Khan's Kick was around 26.30 crore on its opening day.

Kick was a non-holiday release but it enjoyed a solo run, whereas Bang Bang has been released on a holiday but it clashed with Haider. So the situation is almost same for both the films. On the other side Haider is getting some serious appreciation from the critics. It can spoil the party of Bang Bang.

Whats the screen count for Bang Bang? even with clash it has enough screen count I think

One released on a Holiday and the other on none holiday, so pretty lame to compare them. Let's see if it can collect 200+ like Kick, then we are talking.

u r right bro but the fact is that its nt about screen count..if people have an option some prefer to watch haider,u tting down bang bang's occupancy even with more screens ,the population gets divided and affects the business..

Bangbang screen counts are 3600 approximately and also faced a clash.. so the performance is just superb...

which world did u get this statistics from ? if it collects something around 175crs, then the film is a superhit ..
