i think sameer represents modern n smart bhikari of todays generation
...
many girls suffered n their life destroyed coz of this dowry system ...
toturing girl n her family . harrasment n burning a girl to death .etc...
..
but now we have awareness among people n
many are against this dowry system n many dont giv their daughter to these beggers
..
so these bhikaris has found a new way to threat the girl n her family for money n property ..thats dowry

1)rishta pakka hone ke baad demand karna
2)demanding few days before marriage
so that they can presurise the girl n her family

i saw satyamev jayte
in which they showed
a girl did the sting operation n got that family arrested who demanded dowry before her marriage n on news channel it self she said who wants to marry me without any demand can call n come forward a man called n said he will marry her ..they both got married n are happy now

n wat sameer is doing is a smart way
he asked for money but in a way ki woh dowry na lage n uspar koi case bhi na ho ...
sameer is cheap n kamina n smart too

sayu dad loves her a lot
isliye toh company ka naam bhi sayu par rakha hai .n it was his first company ...

it reminds me of real life story which was showed on satyamev jayete

a boy who was nri asked girls father money for girls visa n both their tickets
n punjabi girls dad gave money to him
n later got his daughter married
after marriage he demanded more money n later
that guy ran away with money
they filed the case against him later ...

sameer is also doing the same
after engagement
he is saying i want to set up my own business n all n woh sayu ka future kehkar sayu ke dad ko apni batto me lakar lut raha hai
in other words a new way of demanding dowry ...

i know sayu will get shocked wen she will get to know about the cheapness of this sameer ...
i am excited to see how sayu will handle this kamina n cheap chomu ... understand his motives n fight back

i want sayu to get that chomu arested for his acts by doing the sting operation

till now chomu n his family acted like great people who accepted the marriage even after getting yo know about the truth ...i always thought something is fishy wen they came to house ..the way they were reacting as if they never saw a big house before ...

Are you a NRI??? ... cos NRIs think the way u wrote!... Kudos! But in the 21st century its kinda outdated to discuss of Dowry as in the real 21st century people can stand on their own feet without the demand of dowry!
