I think Abhishek could cut his hair and groom himself a bit. Not that it matters but if they are going for makeover then that would be my suggestion.

Parleen should do nothing. He should not even cut his toenail, looks good as it is.

Emon - Dont touch a single curly lock of hair, other than that, neck down, he can do anything with his clothing. He seems to be very comfortable in whatever he wears, so anything would look good on him.

Prashant - Wear better fitting clothes, will make him look better. Wear clothes in which he is at ease, wear bold colours, less of multi coloured clothes

I totally agree with the high-lighted parts, you said it all. Just want to add that chang looks far better in t-shirts, jackets and suits. He should throw all kurtas away.
