Isn't it funny that WGI shares are falling because of Jai's arrest. That too for attack on his wife. SOmething totaly unretated to business.

This is not the first time Jai Waia is arested. he was on trial once for actual murder during kidnapping of Anu;s baby. Nothing happened to WGI shares then.

Just because cretives have decided to destroy JW completely.

Suwas,

If a company's strength is based purely on the promoters personal standing and the poor fellow goes behind bars, it is bound to happen. A good Board or strong mgmt team may however have prevented that. Unfortunately reflects very poorly on corporate governance practises in WC.

I agree with Pri. If Jai os the pilar of the company and he is arrested or has bad reputation. This will reflect on his business. For example: vendors would not like to do biz with his company because of uncertainty. and there are many factors that could lead to this.

The shares didn't go down when Jai handed the company to Bani post Ons revealation. he wasn't in charge but Bani who was supposed to be obviously mentally unstable was. Jai himself was telling this to media & still nothing happened to the shares then.

Suwas, even though he handed it to Bani, he was behind her and propping her up by making sure all the shareholders are behind her!!
