Think you have missed out some scenes. After Disha betrayed Anjali and put the blame of accusing Nanda family on her, she felt guilt about it, and when she had an arguement over this topic with Jai, while the divorce case was going Bauji and Bebe overheard this whole. Ad after taht Dida Bauji and Bebe ask for forgiveness to Anjali saying that Disha was forced to say so.
