The episode starts with Inder teasing Barkha about her saying sorry to someone. He is very happy and tells her that he is proud of her and that he has gotten his old Barkha back. He tells her that after Aakash's death she had become very rude and that it was difficult to talk to her . She asks him even after so many years of marriage whether he still loves her. He tells her that he does and that he considers their marriage as very important. She tells him that she has been difficult and that she has not been the perfect wife and mother but he always remained calm. After Inder tells her that he loves her she thinks to herself that she cant still fully trust him.
The next morning, Laajo wakes up Ayesha and tells her to get ready as they have to go out. Ayesha tells her that if she is taking her to Adhi she wont go but Laajo refuses. Laajo takes Ayesha to Shalini's house, they all exchange pleasantries. Laajo tells her that Ayesha loves Adhi but after this incident she is not able to forgive him. Ayesha feel very awkward and wants to leave but Shalini starts talking to her. She tells her that Adhi had the courage to leave everything behind and do something on his own. She says that Adhi was always firm in his principles that's why he never liked to live in this house and never spoke to his father. Ayesha thanks Laajo for bringing her here as she liked meeting Shalini. Shalini tells Laajo that she should have told her that he future daughter-in-law was coming and gives Ayesha a bangle as Shagun.
Barkha is in Aakash's room and Nikhil also comes there, he is about to leave when she stops him and tells him to sit. She says that she wants to apologize to him but he tells her that he is happy that she has accepted Laajo, They both sit and have a heart to heart talk, he tells her that he never understood why his mother did not love him anymore. He also says that he as a kid felt that he didn't have a mother. She tells him that she didn't know what she was doing that time and that she felt that if she loved Nikhil then she cant love Aakash. They hug it out and are trying to solve their differences.
Laajo comes and is talking to someone about the dress measurements. Everyone is sitting there and want to know why she tells them that they have to start preparation for Ayesha- Adhi's marriage. Barkha and Inder are shocked and he tells her that now since they know his family how will the wedding take place. Laajo tells them that Ayesha met Shalini and she is very happy and also that she has gone to meet Adhi and that she will come back by 9:00. Laajo tells them there is a surprise then.
Precap - Nikhil's bday celebrations are going on, he cuts the cake and is about to feed laajo when Jasmine comes in and hugs Nikhil.
