But with least chances of this happening, my other reasoning is as follows - she may have even gotten up because Gautam in the past has taken a lot of unneccessary digs at her. Nominated her, taunted her subtely & gave the karela juice to her as well. So must not have had a very good opinion of Gautam as it is. Besides, Soni & Suku being seated on the other side, might not have seen how harsh,Tanna had behaved with Natasha, the sadistic pleasure, taunts, bullying, body language, expressions, aggressiveness. Except for the first few mins, when Tanna messed Sukirti & Soni's hair, clothes etc up, she was passionately dedicated for the most part of the task, toward the other side. Gautam & Natasha, even Praneet being the main targets.

Maybe not being able to witness, Tanna's brash actions for the most part & suddenly hearing Gautam scream like a possessed lunatic & abusing Tanna, would've gotten them to judge the situation impulsively, that he indeed was at fault.

They would've totally judged the situation by hearing what they did, than seeing what happened there all the time. Besides, having gotten taunts from Deepshika when Arya helped them both out & now, Tanna emotionally blackmailing everyone for a stand, Suku & Soni instantly withdrew, as Suku is as helplessly drawn to emotions as a famished carnivore is to food. She's an emotional mess at times, Sukirti & just instantly got up with Soni following her. Tanna had played all cards by then & now playing the emotional abla nari, take-a-stand-for-me card, these two got tricked. What made it more easy for Sukirti to probably believe Tanna, was because it was Gautam on the other end, who was accused & not some other guy.
