Unfortunately its not Ishita's fault alone today

Raman has, by meeting with Shagun over coffee, CONFIRMED he cares for her. This is the most unfortunate first step. There is nothing stopping Shagun in re entering Raman's life now.

However much I want to blame Ishita today, Raman is equally at fault.

Instead of letting Mihika solve this mess, or Mihir get involved the leads have dived into shit.

They have no one else to blame for their soiled clothes.

Like you have essayed, Shagun will maary Raman, Mani will marry Ishita but ISHRA will continue to meet behind their respective spouses' back. That must be Yeh Hai MOHABBATEIN

By the end of the show we might have a few more kids and their love stories to deal with as well. Ekta's men are inherently of weak moral character. It takes VERY little for them to commit adultery. Raman may be no different.

Woah! Today everyone's brain is working in a rocket speed after listening about Ashok-Mihika's marriage, and everyone is making up their own future stories. I just hope that Ekta doesn't read these stories and take an inspiration from these.
