W*F was Karishma's problem? Whatever happened between her and Gautam, that did not give her the right to shout at Natasha. She was venting her frustration out on the poor girl who said nothing at all. If she cried then so what? What was the big deal? Let her cry for God's sake? Tujhe kyun mirchi lag rahi hai?! (pun not intended) To irritate those on the seat was part of the task. But you can't tell people not to cry or shout at them for doing so. And seriously - Lamba and Diandra are such cows! Crying doesn't automatically make one a drama queen. Natasha is definitely their easy target.
