jizya tax
is applied on non muslim adult military age mens only
children,women,old,mad,handicaps,chronically ill-man even if he is rich, servants or wageworkers,religious people i-e monks,priest,pandits are excused to pay jizya

jizya can not be imposed/applied
if non muslim mens voluntry join military or pariticipate in wars
when the muslim state is unable to protect the non muslims
Amount of jizya
there is not any fix amount but according to verified Hadith non muslims mens should not to be over burdened with Jizyah

Where Jizya is used ?
Jizya tax goes to the government to Provide protection to non muslims Provide means for them to practice their religions freely by building & maintaning Temples or Churches.The olds & needy gets Annual pension.
after sharing this info i do agree Jizya is forced & used by many muslim rulers for there benefit
creatives are showing this in JA it's ok but at least the cvs should clear the basic rules of Jizya which are mentioned above they are skipping the main Sharia rules .is'nt it was not enough the creatives turned Akbar The Great to Jodha The Great & now they are messing the Sharia rules.
