Hi friends,
Here is my second story. In this, Arjun doesn't have a past of Roshni. My main focus is on Arakshi romance so ETF case and office stories will be less this time :)I hope you all will enjoy
Prologue
Arjun always loved to wake up early in the morning. According to him they are always beautiful, so fresh and new, a bit foggy and chilly, calm and cool. Be it the chirping of birds or the smell of his mom's coffee, he just loved everything about morning.
Arjun always compensated his violent and hectic work schedule with his early morning walk in beach. It helped his brain to relax. He always takes his camera with him to click the sunrise. He never gets bored of taking pictures of sunrise.
Today also he was clicking some random photos of beach when he noticed a girl standing on the sand. Her hair is flowing in the wind. When he saw her standing pose a nice frame came in his mind. He waited for the Sun to rise. The moment he saw sun he clicked a photo of her with the the sun in the background. He looked back to his camera to see the picture. It was a perfect click. He never got such a beautiful picture of sunrise. The girl's presence in the frame enhanced the beauty. Arjun waited for her to turn so that he can click her face. But when she turned her hair came to her face and she was struggling to move it. Her whole face was covered by hair except for two beautiful eyes. Arjun clicked the camera even though her whole face wasn't seen. He wanted to click some more but that time the girl turned and started walking back to the road. Arjun sighed and took his camera back to check the photos "wow those are two beautiful eyes"
muttered Arjun looking back to her retreating form.
Two weeks later
As usual he is walking to Petals ,the flower shop near the beach after his morning walk. Everyday he buys a bunch of flowers for his mom who wants to keep it in the living room. This is the only flower shop that opens early in the morning and it became a habit for the florist to do his first sale to Arjun. He was thinking about that girl while walking. Now a days It became a routine for Arjun to see photos of that girl everyday. The more he watched the more he got attracted to those eyes.
He had almost reached Petals when he noticed that he is not the first customer today. A girl is standing there . She was wearing a light green long skirt and a royal blue short top. Her back is towards him. Her waist length hair is wet and water is still dripping from her hair. She was arguing with the florist
" What kind of a deal is that? I am not asking anything for free, I am also paying money. You should treat all your customers in same way " argued the girl
"Madam, please understand. See he is here, I will sell some to him first and you can have the rest" said the florist to the lady
"What's the matter Raju?" Asked Arjun standing near her
The girl interrupted Raju before he explain things and she turned to Arjun
" I will tell you what the problem is, I came to this shop to buy some Tulips flowers and this man wants to keep all the flowers for you" said the angry lady
"Madam, don't exaggerate. I said I will give you half and the other half is for this sir" said Raju
"But I need more. When I came, no one was here and I asked first . So I have the right to buy those flowers" argued the girl
"But this sir asked me to keep some Tulips for him whenever it comes. So actually he asked first right?" Asked Raju
When she heard Raju, she turned to Arjun and asked
"Show me the receipt then"
"What receipt?" Asked a confused Arjun
"The receipt for the advance payment you made to book these Tulips" said the girl
"I haven't given any advance. As I am a regular customer he always keeps some for me that's all" said Arjun
"See, then how can he keep that for you without paying advance? So You don't have any proof . So legally I should get the flower" said the lady confidently
Arjun turned to her and crossed his hands over his chest with a small smile
"Right you are, I don't have any proof. Raju, give her all the tulips" he observed her for a moment and asked. "So Is there anything special today as you are so desperate to get these flowers?"
"Yes it's the birthday of a special person and I have to gift these flowers" said the girl looking down
"Oh so that's reason for the desperation. whose birthday is it? Boyfriend?" Asked Arjun cassully
"No.. No It's my birthday actually" said the girl
Arjun raised an eyebrow
"I know what you are thinking. I am not mad. I love to gift myself" said the girl confidently then she turned to Raju " And bhaiiya make the bouquet fast. I need to go" said the girl looking down and Arjun felt that she is hiding something
"Madam, please let him buy something first. It's always him from whom I get the money first and my belief is that it's good for the shop" said Raju
"Raju, don't believe in such rubbish.." Started Arjun but the girl interrupted and said
"That's Okay, I respect your belief. Let him buy first then" said the girl
Arjun took the money and gave him the price of the Tulips bouquet
"Sir, I thought you asked me to give it to her" said Raju
"Yes it's for her. I am buying it for her only. Give it to her" whispered Arjun
"Madam here is your bouquet" said Raju. She took the bouquet and opened her purse
"No madam, this sir has already paid for it" said Raju
Arjun turned to her and said
"Happy birthday.You can buy some other bouquet to gift yourself. But the Tulips bouquet is a birthday gift from me"
Suddenly the girl's ready to fight face changed and she gave him a genuine smile
"Oh that was so sweet of you, Thank you so much ,you didn't have to" then she looked down to the bouquet affectionately "But I can never say no to my birthday gift. So Thank you so much " said the girl truly touched by his gesture
"That's alright" said Arjun and turned to walk when the girl called him
"Hey, I should at least know the name of the one who gifted me my favorite Tulips" said the girl
Arjun turned to her and said
"I am Arjun.. and you?"
"I am Sakshi " said the lady and they parted the ways
