Hi All,
this is my first post on this forum. I'd like to start by giving a big shout out to the admins of this forum and the members who take the time to post written updates for the rest of us - thanks guys!

I do have to vent though - and this isn't intended to offend anyone's sentiments. I really liked JR when it first started - the cute/witty banter that Sid has with DD and his whirlwind romance with Roshni. It started out quite promising that for a change the SIL or Jamai would take it upon himself to nurture and maintain relations.

In the last few weeks though I've been very disappointed at the plot - I was fine initially with Sid swapping his rich boy avtar for his common man identity - to understand Roshni better and her immense hatred for the wealthy.

I'm just appalled at the lack of coherence for this story - Sid and Roshni's courtship was pretty whirlwind - they had what 5 meetings before supposedly being madly in love?! Even if we over look that part - his parents siding with him and maintaining this middle class image - was sweet initially but now it's just plain ridiculous. First off - how can they just take over someone else's home like that - if Roshni or her mother asked the neighbours they would learn that the "Kukreja" family has only been there for a few weeks now.
Next how can you get married under assumed identities? Not speaking about the social ceremony but the court marriage (if they did one) how can you do that under a fake name?
Then coming to the arrest - the dad asked for an arrest warrant - very good - the warrant was in the name of Sid Kukreja - all he had to do was show his ID and say I'm not Sid Kureja i'm Sid Khurana therefore this arrest warrent is invalid.
If they did play along - what is the big deal in getting money from their office? No one needs to know where the cash is coming from - they can just say they borrowed it or took a loan from the market - make something up but no they preferred to take the money from DD.

What is all this for?! They don't want to tell roshni that they are rich because it will break her heart - umm please explain what relationship is successful that is based on lies. Ok fine Roshni is emotional she's been betrayed by her mother blah blah but come on - how long is this going to go on? The long this goes the harder it is going to be for Roshni to forgive Sid and his family - no matter how sweet their gesture is in a twisted way that they endured all the insults, taunts and humiliation despite being so rich just for her sake - lets hope she can understand that. If she can't then that is a problem.

I feel like it's time to end this Kukreja drama - its been dragging way too long.

If he ended the kukreja drama,DD will be very happy and she can't be taught the real values behind love and relationship irrespective of one's status... Sid's attempt is not to cheat roshni. In the jail sequence he clearly stated that, they can reveal their identity but where will Roshni go other than them😕😕 His only aim is to make the relationship between ma-beti the strongest one made of love😊😊

And DD will accept Sid for his identity but not for his own priceless character if his identity is revealed😊
