Have you read Train to Pakistan by khushwant Singh? I have not read that book. But I've heard a lot about it.
Also I've read about Pakistani author Saadat Hasan Manto. He is also famous for his poignant stories of partition. Haven't read any of his books too yet.

Hey,I haven't read the third part đActually I had bought the first two as combo pack from an online store.I loved them. And after a year the third book was released. So I bought it to complete the trilogy for my book self ,but to tell you truth I wasn't interested in reading it anymore, had lost interest. Its still sitting on my self ,complete with the plastic wrapper, didn't even bother to open it.I have been contemplating reading the first two books again before going for third.đThe third part was a HUGE disappointment. He made a complete khichdi of the story and I had to give up mid-way. Read it if you have time but to be honest, I wouldn't recommend it. You'll probably lose interest again.

Unlike many people, I absolutely LOVE reading translated works! Thanks a lot for the recommendation. :)
