Helping a Friend!

Im not sure if you can help, but since you are a part of the YHM development team, I am reaching out to you in the hopes that you can!

I have a friend whos been active on IF for years, but her account is suddenly not working... she cannot log in or access. Her id is Avni_19, she joined in 2010 and shes from Bahrain.

any way to help get her account working again??
