Face to Face Nominations- unfair?

I get that it was face to face nominations, which is good as now people can see what others think of them. But what I don't think was fair was that the people nominating last could pretty much change who their initial nomination would have been to someone else, in accordance with how everyone else had already voted.. Which according to me is unfair...

They should have been made to write down the names and then tell everyone who they had chosen, that way no one could have cheated...

Also, random point, but what happened to the confession room this year?

What I think happens in face to face nominations of this kind is that mostly everyone plays the follow the leader theme. The people who are nominated by the first few people are usually the ones who get nominated as everyone just follows through with the same nominations. Which is exactly what happened in this one. In open nominations people should be made to write their nominations down first in pvt and then disclose them openly as they had done in the previous season once.

I am not talking about the actual people who got nominated, but the process in itself was unfair...

face to face nomination is nothing new!
