Sexism and double standards have permeated in our society. The reason the incidents mentioned are not a big deal is because society is slanted in favor of men.

A man who sleeps around is a stud. A woman who sleeps around is a s**t. That is why when someone jokes or comments about a man's libido it is acceptable. Society thinks that he is being a man and there is no shame to it. If someone jokes or makes comments about a woman's libido it would be a controversy. Society thinks that a woman's sexuality should be suppressed and not publicized. In an ideal world, both male and female sexual behavior would be treated the same. Sadly, our world is not ideal.

Female leaders are taking charge to change perceptions about women. How would men like perceptions about men to changed? I believe that once society starts accepting female sexuality, such things would be normal. There would be no novelty or humor for Deepika to comment on a man's libido. Unless men would like their sexuality to be suppressed and treated as taboo too?

Similarly most of the examples of commentary you gave are instances of society setting and allowing double standards. I don't think feminism adheres to these double standards or is hypocritical. By changing perceptions about both men and women, feminism is attempting to eliminate these differences.

Yes I remember those days. Was a silent reader but I have a good memory. You were a strong supporter of ASR even though he was an ass. He blackmailed Khushi and married her then on their suhag raat he threw her out of his room. She had to sleep by the pool for many days but I love how she paid back. On top of that, he NEVER apologized to Khushi.
He was the one who defamed her in Lucknow. He let her fall from his cabin and he made her work 24/7 putting het lfe at risk. And you were supporting him.
