when i was watching this episode, i literally had to use the line"are u kidding me" after almost every scene.
the shows strats with tushar and rishi fighting the gonns and trying to save vicky. kash asks akshat if he knows where these 2 are but akshat tells them that swyaam did not want them to reach court but he sure they will manage
hearing starts and the def. lawyer tells the judge that he has proved swayam is innocent and the court shud announce its decision. kash tells her lawyer to object since he knows tushr and rishi are bringing vicky but the lawyer keeps quiet. finally jhansi ki rani takes matter into own hands and tells the judge that tushar and rishi(as if the judge knows who tushar and rishi are) are bringing an imp. witness and they need some more time. the judge grants it(arent u not supposed to speak during a hearing???)
kash goes outside and sees tush and rishi bringind in a half-dead vicky. they take him inside and directly leave him at the witness box. the def. lawyer again says that they have proved everything and blah. blah, blah. rishi and tushar keep telling the lawyer to speak up but the lawyer keeps quiet.(why isnt the judge questioning as to what a half-dead man is doing in the witness box???)he instead gives a 10 min break.
rishi and tush ask the lawyer why is he keeping quiet when swayam tells them that he wudnt cuz now he has a bungalow to take care of. he tells rishi to stop wasting time and look for another lawyer in 10 mins
after the break, its tush turn to have a conversation with the judge. he tells him that their lawyer had to leave and they need another lawyer , so give them some more time. the judge obviously agrees. and then we see another lawyer entering and its guess who??- akshat!!!(this guy carries around his uniform with him all the time, i guess)he gives the judge his papers and starts the proceedings(btw, swyam is in total shock and vicky is still on the stand)
akshat tells the judge that since swayam proved their tape wrong, they now have an eyewitess. he goes upto vicky and akss him how he knows swyam. vicky tells eveything-he is swayam's friend, swyam wanted him to kill rishi but they instead ended up hurting sujal. everyone including akshtat are shocked(i hope charu beleives this, if she doesnt, she really IS stupid) th judge on hearing eveything decides to give his verdict in the next hearing(why??? havent u had enough of this, i know the viewers has had enough)
outside tush is dragging vicky when swayam comes and starts hititng him for betraying him(he is getting mad at a friend when his won bro went fought against him)rishi moves swayam awya and tells him to calm down but swyam just gets hold of vicky agian and starts hitting him(vicky btw is half unconscious) vicky swears he will never side with swayam again
mehek and varun are shown walking in their room (she is shown pregnat), they cant believe how 9 months passed and only a few days are left for the baby to come, they fight over whether it wud be a girl or a boy(i cant comment on this scene, cuz i think i have commented enough on this whole pregnancy fiasco, all though old habits die hard hence i cant stop myslef- i think 2 diff. creative teams handle this show, one of them has taken the show an year ahead whereas the other one is still stuck when sujal was alive)
the next day, veena is doing arti of tush and says that she finally has her son back(kahs is stading upstairs and waching) tush aks about kash after the arti(it was like a kid asking for candy after homework session) she tells him to go upstairs, he goes to kash ans she thanks him as well. he akss her if she is happy ans she syas that she is happy for mama, sujal and the entire family, she aks him if he is happy, he tells her he isnt cuz she is not happy for him, he is waiting for the day when there will be nobody between them and they will be together, kash tells him that maybe that day will never arive. he tells that by using maybe, she has confirmed that day will arive. kash leaves(i dont get it, one min she is hugging him at the airport, the other min she is giving him a cold shoulder, if i were a guy, i wud not give such a confused woman a second thought and if she doesnt like him, why is she marrying him, i think kash likes getting married)
