Two definate snippets from the mugglenet website:

Something will be revealed about Petunia Dursley, although we already know that she is not a Squib.

JKR has said "There is a character who does manage, in desperate circumstances, to do magic quite late in life, but that is very rare..."

And rumour has it Petunia will be important, maybe she manages to do magic?

sorry i dont mean to oofend u or anything but have a lok at the official website of JKR and go to the rumours section..

heres what she says abt the above rumour -"No,she wont.Aunt Petunia has never performed magic, nor she will be able to do so"
