Justice for Payal- Only possible when Dev and Nithya are together

When the case happened in the first place one of the major scoop of Goenka's was keeping Dev apart from Nithya.

Nithya would have stood against anyone if she had her best friend by her side. If you look at the FB we could see Nithya running pillar to post to get one clue. She was the strength on which the whole family stood. She was the pillar of support for her sister and her parents. They went into the battle believing her. She fought, but she was nave and not used to the criminal ways Goenkas will use.

But this Nithya was emotionally down by the betrayal of her friend. There was no one to hold her or no one to tell her hold on everything will be fine. She didn't had a shoulder to cry or express her pent up feelings. Because if she cried then the family will lose hope. She lost.

Now the same thing is happening. Dev and Nithya are once again apart. Nithya has her own plans to get revenge. Dev in his own way try to reach Nithya and also find clues for why Payal changed her statement.

Both are reaching nowhere. Nithya is on a suicidal mission just like last time thinking she can do it alone taking the mighty Goenkas.

Info that comes to Dev is half baked. Yesterday only when Dev went in search of the locket he got the info on lawyer. Symbolically when Nithya was with him. This info which Dev got even Nithya doesn't have. She was not aware of this betrayal.

She will get this info only when Dev exposes this to her.

Yesterday epi clearly showed there are still things in the game which Nithya is not aware of. Somehow I feel there are more such twists which might come in Dev's custody.

But he also cannot do anything with the half baked clues he get. Only when her knowledge combines with his it will become the full case. Only when Dev and Nithya come together justice for Payal can be achieved.

Dev looking alone and Nithya trying alone the game can go only Sakshi's way once again. As she is way too smarter for Durga. She is a dynamite packed in a punch. Durga needs 10 hands to deal with her.

Since it is a TV show whose very existence is questionable without fair TRPs and also that these TRPs are ruled by love stories, you will get NItya and Dev together sooner or later.

As a thriller fan, I would say this alliance is impractical and not only impractical but dangerous. This alliance is only possible if all three Goenkas die in the end. If any of these survive somehow there will another revenge series in reverse which I wonder if any couple will ask for.

Now coming to the point where you have said Sakshi is smarter than Durga.

I have always felt these two women are just same as far as their instincts and smartness are concerned. Actually, I find Durga by far more smarter than Sakshi.

Lets look at the success record of Sakshi

1) exterminating a driver's family with money power.

2) Sending one pandit to jail and threaten him of dire consequences

3) Threatening Shekhar Mehra who is nothing more than a Joker.

4) Murder plan of Bagchis

5) Sending Payall to a mental asylum.

All her victims so far including the dog were weak souls. She din't really defeat anyone of her own status. Have a look on her failures.

1) She has no idea about Shaurya's fake certificate

2) No idea about his fake suicide

3) She never doubted Aakash until the time she saw her in Durga's house

4) No idea about Kangana

5) NO idea about RajMa.

6) All her strength and money comes from Rajnath. No identity of her own.

EDIT: 7) She didn't bother to check the dead bodies in two important cases. FIrst was Nitya's dead body and then it was the Bagchis dead bodies. Each time her enemy have survived the murder attempt and she has no idea about it.

8) She attacked Payal with a hope that Durga will be scared enough to cancel the marriage. Very foolish of her. You will hit her and she will stay silent ? If I were Sakshi I would have used this tram card on the day of the marriage or just before it to cancel the marriage. If she believes Durga is ONlY helping Payal as a social worker, how would payal's breakdown cancel her marriage plan ? And if she believes Durga is so emotionally attached to Payal that she is trying all tips and tricks to punish Shaurya, what made her believe she won't retaliate ?

Durga is also as manipulative, calculative and cunning like Sakshi. She is also dependent on Dr. Thakur for all money and strenghth. She too can read minds like Sakshi.Like Sakshi is emotional about Shaurya she is too emotional about Dev and Payal. However, Durga is fighting enemies like Mathur, Ganguly and Commisioner who are way too powerful than her. She is also indirectly hitting Sakshi every now and then. At times she overpowers the Goenkas. Therefore, if I am to compare Durga undoubtedly is more powerful than Sakshi.

Also her enemy Sakshi Goenka does not know her main motive. The day Sakshi knows who Durga is or her real motive in ruthlessness Durga cannot match Sakshi.

Sakshi may not know the real motive but she knows it has something to do with the rape case.

3. All the exposures one after another were those people who went against the Mitras.

She asked this question to Rajnath. Why is a social worker so emotionally attached to a patient ? This is the reason Sakshi attacked Payal for she knows it will affect Durga. She confessed the same to Durga in this Shaurya paralyzed track. She knows Durga hates her and her son but its the reason she has no idea about. So, bottom line is Sakshi is not unaware that Durga is her enemy.

But the interesting part here is Durga's plan is based on a motive, but Sakshi currently is short sighted as she looks only at Shaurya. Protect Shaurya from Durga. She does not think of Durga as a threat to herself or Rajnath.

Exactly because of this her plan will backfire

It is Dev who is nowhere. It WAS Nitya who was nowhere.

Durga has taken down many targets. Please don't undo her accomplishment saying she is reaching nowhere.

Infact her plan was altered at last minute only due to Dev.

Dev has to find things himself. Half baked clue etc is no excuse. Grab whatever lead he gets.

Rather I read symbol as an action call for Dev alone.

He should walk that path first, chasing those trails will collide his path with Durga's. Instead of being handed things on a platter.

I am not telling Durga didn't do things she has already done. She has done it. But she cannot go without allies going forward. Sakshi is now breathing down her neck.
