Aditya Roy Kapur, who was in Surat to promote a film recently, bought a diamond ring from a local jeweller, making us wonder if it's for alleged girlfriend Shraddha Kapoor. His spokesperson only says, "He did purchase a ring, but we don't know who it is for, as he's not willing to talk about it."
Aditya and co-star Parineeti Chopra were visiting eateries around the city, and at one of the spots, there were about 5,000 fans waiting to see them. "After the visit, Aditya disappeared into the crowd, which made the security team panic. He had gone to a local jewellery shop, where he bought a diamond ring worth 80,000. It has a delicate design featuring a cluster of diamonds," says a source who was present in Surat. While the film's unit kept asking him who the ring was for, Aditya apparently remained mum.
