i remember a malayalam film being made on lesbians a few years back n most recently a film named mumbai police where the hero is gay , n the film was super hit ... but the film was majorly a thriller so it also depends on how to present the theme ... also there was another film 'rithu' where a gay guy is tricked into 'love' by another gay guy so as to get him divulge some wrongs he did , professionally (IT background) ... n the film n the actors were very much appreciated n now they r getting strong roles , one of them even playing hero- sec hero later on ... the film was presented in a good manner , with huge emotional depth n so it all depends how the theme is presented as i said

On topic, Brokeback mountain was B.O.R.I.N.G...
So spare me from such slow pace movies...Less the merrier 😆
