help needed

Hello guys I've always been a silent member of this forum reading all u r amazing works on swaron but never could post my comments or thoughts as I knew almost nothing about this forum but now I really want to and I badly need u r help to learn about the forum so it would be gr8 if any1 could just help me please.

As in how to get pms add people to buddy list and how to post my works if any??
