Interesting perspective - his is an individual journey - yes, he doesn't connect with his costars, that is visible even in his acting - its a solo effort in many scenes, I have felt.

Wonderful interview.Loved all his thoughts and how he comes across.His passion for the craft is loud and clear.He understands the TV world and where it should go in the future.I would love to watch a limited show that he produces.It is quite obvious he loves Indian literature and he could adapt a classic novel maybe.Proud to be ur fan Ashish. Love how he is always his own real self...never is fake.

Good God!! Ashish is one highly intellectual person... Never have come across any person, let alone an actor who is this focused, this dedicated, this passionate about his/ her work... And such clear thinking, not to forget humility and groundedness... He would go down the history books someday!!!!

Silence speaks the loudest - That's what defines Ashish!!! Silent, but profound!!!

Thanks for posting.

Very good interview. Never knew Ashish was so articulate. Normally he doesn't say much but reading this article, his responses were amazing. Such in depth understanding of himself. His dedication to his acting profession is profound.

My admiration for Ashish has multiplied several folds.
