So my tortured brains have started working over time, and looking at d current story line, here is a twist d cvs can very well give...show any one of the following pairs as siblings,

Randhir-Vardhan
Their arrogance, ego, intelligence, reaction to situations is so identical that any irregular follower of d show can easily take them to b siblings. So yeah d cvs can show dat harsh had an affair wen he was 18 yrs old.

Maya-Sanyu
They have to b long lost sisters! Dono baahar sherniyaa jaise ghoomti hai...aur ghar main bheegi billi...vd aur rd k saamne toh aisa behave karte hai jaise feminism k leader hai. Aur ghar main...xP

Randhir-Vidhushi
They care fr oni d ones dey love...!!! They are arrogant, rude,yea..bt deir heart is of gold. ...this would be one hell of a twist..xD Yeah again harsh had a extra marital affair...xD

Ankit-Sameer
Yeh hoga sabse dhaasu twist! Imagine sameer geta to knw he is sanyus brother? Shaadi toh automatically tut jaegi! The MCPness ankit n sameer share has planted this idea in my brains..xD

I actually think that that would be really creepy. But if you want to draw parallels, it's everything that you've mentioned here :3
