@Natasha : Thak u dear for liking it... The flashback was to how the reason of deep bond they shared n how there fate connected them. At such small age they had to fight with destiny to save themselves.

@Kiara.. Thank u for liking it dear.. Rach is not in love yet but feels a strong attraction towards Romi which Granny felt but stayed silent as she wants Rachu to lead her life in her way still she is afraid as Romi is not a good guy but a criminal.. Flashback was indeed to show the reason for Romi's attachment towards Rani.. Rach was too small to remember anything.. She is not having blur flashbacks as well as her foster parents n Granny gave them so much love that hse forgot her bad past totally. Yes Romi broke the sim but it was just in two pieces and sometimes a sim works after using a tape around it.. once it worked in my case n in CID too.😆 Right now both RAch n Romi are trying to come close for their own benefits but there is a strange pull they r feeling towards each other.. Thanks or liking poem. 😊

@Charu : Thanks for the best wishes n liking the update.. I feel happy in reading ur comments as it says to me that "a writer is interested in ur update n u r doing a good job." Romi is really the best person as if he will never harm her n won't ever let anyone else harm her. He is right now attracted towards her and he doen't know the reason but soon he will fell in love with her and than the real story will start. M happy that u r liking my poems.. 😊

@Priya : U r an awesome poet.. I loved ur poem n would like to use all of them.. I am not getting time to write next update so can't give u situation but I copying all ur poems in a document to use it in future.

Sorry for delaying the update but as u know I am spending more time in books now a days so can't update frequently. I too have seen few orphan children finding hard to adjust in new home and missing the old frnz but finally moves on in their life like Rach did. Romi was not given the opportunity so he is stuck in the past. But Rach is attracted towards that pic and will try to find about him.

Sun rays fall on sleeping Romi's face.. He wonders who opened the window and opens his eyes a bit n looks at an angel standing in front of him.. The sun rays alling on her is giving her shiny skin a golden touch... He wonders is he dead and the goddess has come to take him to the heaven. "U will go to hell and not heaven that too with a fat Yamraj not some pretty queen" his mind gave him a reality check. He realizes that he is not in his home but in rehab. He rubs his eyes and wonders how he had slept so peacefully today while he has not slept properly from many years.. he remembers how he was reading Rach's diary in the night and saw her dreams.. He looks at the photo copy of her diary kept on his side and hurriedly covers it with the sheet. Finally opens his eyes fully,Opens his mouth to yawn and looks at Rach. In her awe he forgets to close the mouth and looks at her.. She is wearing a military print capri with plain sleeveless yellow top... The black n blue sport shoes with ankle length socks is giving her a sporty look and she looks like some 17-18 year old girl.. her hairs are tightly binded in a pony so that not a single strand can distract anyone's view. Her geeky black rimmed glasses are hanged at t-shirts neck in the front. One of her hand is on the shoulder supporting the weight of double shoulder travelling bag which is smaller than the usual but still heavy for her tiny frame.. With other hand she is holding the curtain so that sun rays can wake the sleeping man.

"Going for tracking??" unknowingly he said.

"M I looking so??... Just travelling n not tracking." She replied laughingly.

He just nods his head and looks at the watch.. It's just 6 am. He is an early bird but was not expecting her so much early here.

"Actually I just thought to meet everyone in the rehab before going out.. Actually I am going out for 2-3 days n won't come here.. N Monu will miss me so thought to meet him.."she tried to justify her reason for coming here on seeing his puzzled expression. Little he knows that she hasn't come only to meet Monu but for him as well.

"Thank God... for 2-3days I won't have to see that kid's face." his mind thought, "But what about not seeing her.." His heart argued but he managed to suppressed it's voice by giving a feeble argument that "I do not care."

On not getting answer she continued her usual blabbering, "U know u saw my face today so ur day gonna be rocking.. My granny use to say that I am lucky.. Though I don't feel so but I hope u proves her correct.. Neways I have to leave now.. I just came to say hi to u.. hope u have nice time over here.. n I hope Monu won't let u feel alone.. Btw let me see where he is now.. As he has to leave for his school in a while." She said in one breath.

Romi is feeling bad on the thought that he is not going to meet her for next 2-3 days.. he managed to justify himself that he is just thinking about the mission as he wants to finish his mission asap n that's why he is worried about it but his heart is still trying to give signals that it's not his brain but his heart which is worrying about her leaving the city.

Rach waves her hand in front of him to take him out of his reverie and asks, "Ohh hello... where r u?? Still sleepy kya?? "

Romi nods his head in negative and wishes him good luck for the journey.. "Good bye" He said while avoiding any eye contact..

"Just good bye" She said disappointingly and turns to leave but her heart stops her and tells her to look back once again. She turns around and to Romi's bad luck their eyes met. Both tries to lower their gaze but before any of them can succeed the eyes have started talking.

"Just a good bye... u don't want to say anything else??"

"What?? Do I have anything to say??"

"What about my number?? Don't u want to be in touch with me??"

"But how can I ask that?? U can ask mine... after all u r a girl n volunteer"

"But how can I??"

"Uffo.. u again started... Now I know ur secret" monu interfered them and broke their eye contact. Both gets startled and asked in unison, "What secret??"

"i know u guys play staring game n the one who will blink first will lose.. N I saw uncle blinking so he lose." He chuckled back while playing with his remote car.

Rach looks at it and to avoid embarrassment asks, "From where u got it??"

"Uncle gave it in night... it's a bribe to hide.."

"Rachana.. u r getting late u should go" Romi interrupted so that Monu can't complete the sentence.

Rach looks at the watch and leaves hurriedly.. "How he managed to get that car without going out.." Her mind asked once but she brushed all the thoughts aside after looking at the time.

Before leaving the premise she as usual looks at the window to wave back at Romi but he is not standing there... Disappointedly she lowers her head and gets surprised on seeing Romi and Monu standing at the door waving at her.. She runs back and kisses monu who is in Romi's lap..

"Me too", She feels as if she heard Romi saying so but than avoids it thinking she is just assuming things.. And runs from there thinking she has totally gone crazy for him. She pats her head and says, "He is a criminal and an informer for u.. Not ur prince charming.. hold urself." unknown to herself that she has already fallen for him without knowing anything about him.

Romi too feels as if his heart said that I too want a good bye kiss but than again avoids it giving the usual argument that "i do not have a heart to ask such things.." unknown to himself that he actually wanted that warm peck on his cheek which would have made next 2-3 days easier in her absence.

Rach has reached the railway station... She takes out her 1AC tickets and remembers how Granny brought it for her from the agent to ensure her security. It took half an hour to convince her to let her go from train and not car so dint argue again and kept the ticket. She takes out another ticket of 3rd AC which she booked.. She tears the first ticket apologizing Granny, "Sorry Granny but u know I do not get much chance to travel in train so I want to meet as many people as possible...". She climbs the ticket and sits at her side upper birth. She looks around to find someone to talk but almost everyone is busy in arranging their stuffs and finding their seats.. Finally she comes down and sit at the birth and starts talking with the lady sitting there. Finally train starts and soon she starts talking with everyone in the compartment...Being a reporter and morning time she selected the topics in which everyone was interested.. Everyone was enjoying her company and they dint know when the breakfast been finished and lunch is being served.. Generally people sleeps in train after having lunch but in in Rach's compartment and the neighboring one.. All were enjoying and playing various game.. from antakshari to Dumb charades. All age group were included and were enjoying equally.. Finally she reaches indore.. Her ultimate destination. She bids bye to everyone and leaves the station. As usual all taxi drivers were competing and struggling to find passengers.. All she can hear is some people bargaining with them to reduce the fair n some taxi drivers requesting her to come in their taxi.. Finally she agrees to go in one taxi and asks the fare giving him the address.., The man replies, "1200Rs.".. She looks at his face and says.. "Bhaiya.. Look at the address properly.. I have to go to SP's bunglow. Is fare still the same??" The driver looks at the address and in scary tone replies, "400 Rs. Madam". "It's too much but fine.. Let's go." Finally she reaches the destination.. pays the amount and reads the nameplate.. "Vitthal Kapoor". Before she can ring the bell a man of 50-55 age opens the door. She bends to take his blessings. But he hugs her saying daughters shouldn't touch the feet.

"Awww Vitthal uncle u dint change a bit... Still as handsome as u were 1 month ago." She laughed.

"See.. I have become thin in ur memories" He replied while showing his left and right profile.

"So u r planning to send me back from the door or calling me inside??" She asked.

Vitthal takes her inside.. while asking, "How was ur trip.."

"Mind blowing.. Granny booked 1AC's ticket but I came by 3rd.. Our secret!! Do not tell to Granny."

Vitthal nod in yes and with his hand zips his finger. Rach looks at his antics and remembers her father Sahil Kapoor.. Vitthal and Saahil doesn't share the same surname but they shared a brotherly love. People used to misunderstand them as cousin brothers and they never bothered to clear the misconceptions. When her father died Vitthal was not placed in the city but asap he took the tranfer and came to the city for supporting Rach but to his amusement Granny has already taken the responsibility and he dint budge between them but always kept an eye on Rach. He feels himself guilty for Adi's condition as he was supposed to keep an eye on them but in all these years they were so happy with Granny that he became careless. Being SP, he was the one who guided Rach in her field and with his support she became crime reporter. One month back he has shifted to Indore and taken charge over here. 2 days back, he called Rach and told her to come here to meet him s it's imp and today Rach is here.

She sits down on the chair and carelessly picks the remote to switch some music channel.. This was her second home.. She was singing loudly with the music when a lady comes in the hall.. She is wearing a blue loose fitting kurta with white patiala salwar.. He hands are full of besan and she yells, "Ohh God.. who will marry this girl.. N u Rach.. I am very angry on u.. Instead of meeting me u switched on the tv... ya ya for u tv is important than ur Kamla maa" She said while making angry face. Rach mutes the tv button and hugs her, "Kamla maa... How can u think that tv is important than u.. Btw u r looking hot and sexy.. Hai allah.. u lost so much weight.. N turn around.. what is this.. ur getting younger day by day. Hope u r not cheating my Vitthal uncle" She teased her.

Kamla is Vitthal's wife.. But she was much closer to Neetu i.e. Kamla's mom and Rach used to call her Kamla maa. Though Rach dint got much time to spend with Vitthal's family due to her commitments towards her work n studies but the love between them dint change. They never interfered in her decision and she always let them feel as if they r the elders of the family just like Granny. Finally after the usual meeting and some lovely talks she asks Vitthal the reason for calling her like this.

"Look Rach.. I do not want to hide anything from u... u know that we were working on that drug racket and many big names were involved in it.. I was about to get closer to it but than the so called big personalities used their power n contact and I had being transferred to Indore.. They dint had any reason to transfer me to a small city seeing my track record so they use the last weapon and that is promotion. So from ASP of mumbai, I have become SP of mumbai and lost all my power n my sources informed me that John, The don of mumbai is after ur life.. he has taken the contract to kill u and his right hand has already started working towards it."

"N who is his right hand??"

"We don't know.. we do not have any information about him... just a childhood pic."

"I want to see it.."

"Offo.. First have dinner than u can talk as much as u want." Kamla scolded them.

Rach and Vitthal never let Kamla know about this so her presence silenced them and they get up to have their dinner when Vitthal teasingly informs her.. "I have arranged a bodyguard for u in mumbai.. Would u like to meet him??". Kamla understood what he is doing and just smiles, Rach wonders about whom he is talking and asks "Bodyguard?? And who is that luck guy??"

"Wanna meet him?? Let me call him.." Vitthal takes out his cell and dials a number, "Yes dude.. what r u doing.. come downstairs.. Ur madam is waiting for u Mr. Bodyguard."

Rach looks anxiously at the stairs and sees a tall handsome guy coming down.. He is wearing sleeveless black t-shirt showing his biceps. Rach open her mouth in amusement.. The guy stands beside her.. She keeps her palm around her to measure his biceps and says, "Where is that sikka papad... Aunty what happened to ur son Prem, who is this handsome guy??" Prem laughed on her and says, "Miss chipkali.. I was never a sika papad n now hold ur tongue else I will throw u out of mumbai.."

"Ohh really?? When u purchased mumbai?? N I heard u r my bodyguard so better stay in ur limits else I will fire u."

"I am not only ur bodyguard but bodyguard of whole Mumbai.. meet new ASP of Mumbai.. Mr. Prem Vitthal Kapoor."

She looks at him in amusement and looks at Vitthal.

"Unfortunately they appointed my own son at my position.. They wanted a fresh passout and my son took my place." Vitthal said proudly.

"Who r they??" Kamla interrupted.

"Arey nothing Kamla.. I am just talking about the department people." Vitthal replied while bitting his tongue.

Kapi hugs Prem and congrats him. Kamla looks at them emotionally and remembers how she always wanted them to marry but never expressed it in front of them as it can harm their friendship.
