I'm thinking...This will be tomorrow's episode and ahil will ask her why she was crying while signing and she gets upset and he holds her wrist asking again...
A few things run through my mind..
With PRECAP..I think Aahil overhears Sanam's call to Rehaan. After she gets off he makes a rude comment to her. He probably comments that while she is married to one brother, she is having a fling with another and she argues with him. She probaably ends up telling him the truth about their relationship in anger. Aahil feels badly and realises Sanam has no idea of Rehaan's intentions. She comes to tend to him like a good wife. She is angry and hurt with tears running down her cheeks.
He pulls her back and tries to apologize but she refuses to listen and probably tells him that soon they'll be both get away from each other and he'll no longer have to worry about his reputation for that's all that matters since he hates her.
Aahil comes to tears as well. What we don';t see is what happens after. I really hope that through these emotional moments they both realise they want this marriage more than anything and decide to make it permanent.
