Update:
The episode starts with Pranay laughing and telling Indira that very soon she will have to taste defeat and this is hi challenge. Indira accepts the challenge and tells him that in 24 hours Radha will be freed and he will be in jail – this is her challenge. She rips up the cheque in front of his face and leaves.
Indira is inspecting a button and tries hard to remember where she had seen it before. An employee comes in and asks as to why she's looking so stressed. Indira says that it's nothing but her face lights up as she sees him dressed up. She smiles and asks if he's going to get married. The employee tells her that he's going for a friends wedding and Indira asks him to go and have fun.
However, just as he's about to leave, Indira stops him and asks him to show his sleeve. He does and she places it above the buttons on his leave but it doesn't seem to look like it belongs there. Sanjay (the employee) offers to have a look and concludes that it belongs to a uniform – of a drivers, a peons, a butler.
Indira becomes thoughtful hearing this.
Court…
Pranay looks worried as Radha is brought in. The judge asks the defense lawyer to present some solid proof and not to waste the courts time. Indira asks permission to cross-exam some witnesses. She promises that she won't waste the courts time but Pranay signals to the prosecutor who objects to this, saying that there is no sue of calling old witnesses over and over again.
But the judge grants her permission to do so and she calls up Pranay first of all. She ask him if Radha slapped him? Pranay asks what kind of question this is but Indira forces him to answer. When he says yes, she asks the judge to note this point before asking Pranay if he knows that the medicine that was used on Ishita was deadly and not easily found.
Pranay nods but also says that it would be easy for Radha to get a hold of this medicine through the hospital due to her job. Indira again asks the judge to note the point as Pranay believed that a small nurse like Radha would find it easy to get a hold of such a deadly medicine.
She then calls up the matron and asks her what she knows about the poison. The matron starts by saying that this is a slow poison (Indira again asks for this to be noted) and that it eats up a person internally over the course of a few years. Indira asks her if this is easily found in the hospital but the matron refuses saying that this is kept in a special room where no-one is allowed to go – not even her. Indira then again asks this to be noted as if a senior member is not allowed in to that room; how could Radha have got a hold of it?
The matron says that she is absolutely sure about this; also only two people can get this medicine – Pranay and the Dean.
She then calls up the Dean and says that the matron has clearly says that only two people could get in to that room – Pranay or the Dean. However Pranay claims to love his wife a lot which leaves the Dean. She exclaims that it was the Dean who helped Radha, changed the reports and killed Ishita.
The Dean becomes nervous and shouts that he would never help Radha as he hated her; in fact many times she had insulted him in front of everyone. He continuously screams that he would never help her. Indira smiles and allows him to leave.
Indira says that as the Dean didn't help Radha, only Pranay is left. However he claims to love his wife a lot saying that it was Radha who tried to get close to him forcibly. But if a girl likes someone and wants him then she will never slap him which means that Radha is innocent; all the accusations against her are fault.
She also says that according to the matron the, medicine kills a person slowly over a number of years; however Radha only joined for a few days and so it was not possible for her to kill Ishita using that poison. Then there's Pranay who claims to love his wife a lot – so if neither Radha or Pranay have not killed Ishita; then who could it have been?
Indira continues by saying that there were three people who loved in that house including Ishita – Pranay, and the butler. She then asks for John to be questioned. The prosecutor tries to object to this but is overruled.
She asks him if she needs to ask more questions or if he will tell everything truthfully. As John keeps quiet Inidra decides to ask a few simple questions and asks if he was involved in Ishita's murder.
John begins to perspire and refuses. Indira then holds up the button and asks if he recognizes it – when he says no states that he is lying as this is a part of his uniform.
Indira exclaims that John went in to Ishita's room to change the medicine. Unfortunately for him Radha arrived there and there was a struggle between them which led to one of his buttons falling down. Indira says that such a murderer should be sentenced severely; in fact he should be hung.
John becomes nervous and says that he did nothing – this was all Pranay's plan. Everyone is shocked to hear this as John continues by saying that he only did what Pranay told him to.
Indira tells him to reveal the whole truth to the court. John recounts the events from Radha coming to the house till Ishita's death.
Pranay stands up and shouts that he is lying before grabbing hold of hic collar and screaming that John is trying to entrap him. He screams that he will kill him like he killed Ishita before realizing what he said.
Finally the judge frees Radha and asks for a case to be put on Pranay and his helper.
However Radha stops the judge…
