3rd July Written Update....

Sorry for the delay guys; it's hard to find a video link that a) works and b) is an India video update!

Also, this is only half of the update as the last 10 minutes were missing due to a cable connection problem!

The prosecutor puts witnesses such as John and Sajni forward but Indira doesn't ask any questions making Pranay believe that she is on his side and worrying Radha's family. The judge asks Indira why she did not question any of the witnesses; is this because she has nothing to justify her side of the case? Indira refuses and says that she would actually like to call up a very important person related to this case and asks for Pranay as a witness.

She questions him about the nurse previous to Radha. Pranay tells her that she resigned. However Indira says that according to her information she was kicked out of her job, that to suddenly. Pranay becomes nervous but covers it up by saying that Ishita was not happy with her work and so she was fired.

Indira then goes on to ask about his first meeting with Ishita and questions him as to why she had to convince her father for the marriage. Pranay replies that this was due to their difference in society. She then goes on to confirm the accident after marriage and Pranay pretends to be emotional stating that he loved Ishita – in fact he still loves her now.

Next Indira questions him as to what kind of nurse Radha was. Pranay replies that she was a good nurse but had bad intentions. From the start she wanted him to fall in her trap. Indira questions him further and he says that she would try to get close to him by making him tea and constantly asking what he wanted. He again repeats that she wanted to bring him in to her life; and that to by force.

Indira says that this is disgusting and questions him as to why he didn't fire her. Pranay says that she blackmailed him threatening him that she would tell Ishita that they were having an affair if he did such a thing and so he didn't have any idea what to do in such a situation.

Indira says that this means he did not like her coming close to him? Pranay says of course. Indira asks if he told her that he didn't love her? Pranay says that he did. Indira then says that this means he did not try to get close to her. Pranay becomes frustrated and says no – he has already said that so why is she continuing to ask such a questions?

Indira then asks then why did she kill Ishita?

If Radha knew that there was no place in Pranay's life for her; then why would she kill Ishita? She could only blackmail him whilst Ishita was alive and not after her death which means that Radha had no motive to kill Ishita!

Pranay begins to sweat and becomes nervous – the prosecutor lawyer also tries to object to this but the judge overrules him. Indira repeats that Radha had no motive, but Pranay did!

According to Ishitas will, Pranay would receive all her wealth after her death. Pranay says that this is all a lie and the lawyer is making up stories. Indira sternly replies that she does not make up stories as she only side with the truth and the truth is that only one person could benefit from Ishita's death – Pranay.

Radha's family looks hopeful as the judge says that because the defense lawyer has brought a new opening for the case, the court requires a copy of Ishita's will. He adjourns the court and Radha is led away smiling. She stops as her family come to her – Avi and Gauri praise Indira but Radha is to busy smiling at Aai who also smiles back at affectionately (and looks very beautiful Btw!)
