Thoughtful topic Sami, I have a lot to say about the whole incident. I understand how u feel when your fav character is wronged. I also luv Nikhil and I am disappointed with this whole 'insecurity' thing. Lakhil have been together through many ups and downs and now they are drifting apart for no reason at all. Thanks to chudail Barkha. She for once, should concentrate on Inder and leave her children to lead their lives.

Dunno who is being more unreasonable- Laajo expecting Nikhil to accept and respect Sagar or Nikhil expecting Laajo to cut off all ties with Sagar 🤔
Coming to the incident, SK is shouting at Laajo for coming late for rehersals and ask her what her priorities are ? Nik walks in and without getting a clear picture of what is going on, accuse Sagar of behaving badly with his wife !! Both Laajo and Sagar are taken aback by Nik's outburst . I noticed that Laajo was more shocked as she realised that Nik is making a fool of himself and it was proved when Sagar apologised immediately . Nik looked very silly in front of him. Laajo sensing a potentially dangerous face off said sorry to Sagar for coming late so that he would cool down and not take it further, to which Sagar obliged and remained quiet. Laajo told Nik in a nice way that they will talk once they get home. But, Nik was in no mood to let it go and went on accusing Sagar and in the end Laajo is left with no option but to ask him to leave and stay away from her professional life. He further fell in his own eyes when he said that its ok even if she didn't want to come home 😲 In the whole scenario, Laajo was trying desperately to protect and cover up for Nikhil but failed because of his childishness...and what batameez behaviour is Nik talking about ? Sagar and Laajo were discussing about work . He was not making a pass at her or making her feel uncomfortable.

Coming to yesterday's argument in their room - Its clear that Laajo considers Sagar as a family member while Nik see him as his rival who is after Laajo's attention !! Totally disappointed with Nik's criticism about Trishna. Here is a girl who changed herself completely to her husband and in-laws need and now he says Laajo has achieved whatever she wanted and should forget and leave all that ?? As long as Laajo does something for him its fine and he is happy . When she wants to live life in her own terms he resents. His dig at Trishna was rude and very biased. What about all those men who support and encourage wives in their career ? Don't they have a pati-patni ka relationship ? Or don't their wives have a boss at office who shout at them when work is not done on time ?

Laajo's one mistake was to ask Nik to apologise to Sagar when he was in such a foul mood. It made the situation worse.

Barkha's logic is also difficult to digest... In life, we come across individuals whom we like and respect a lot. It may be a teacher or a senior in office who has taught us about work . We respect them and they always have a special place in our heart. What has that got to do with the spouse. How can a boss/guru be compared to a husband ? Nik should think about this.

Where Sagar scored over Nikhil -

1. He said sorry Twice for shouting at Laajo , when he has not done anything wrong and could have defended himself.
2. When Laajo said sorry on behalf of Nik, he was very understanding and said Nik was angry with him because he loves Laajo a lot. I could read what was going on in Laajo's mind then...wish Nik was sensible, understanding and mature like Sagar. Her face revealed her pain.
3. He sensed that she is under a lot of stress and offered to help and Laajo was touched by his gesture.
4. He didn't insist on dropping her home and agreed to her wish of calling a taxi. (Very sensible decision by both)

Now, if Nik encourage Jasmine to fall on him to get even with Laajo then its taking his childishness to the next level. Hope he will not do that.

Also, Ranavat gave me goosebumps yesterday. I get the feeling he knows what Nik is upto and is dragging him further into the circle from where he cannot get out. Someone razor sharp like R easily taking Nik into confidence is very scary.

Anu what a wonderful analysis. But I feel the whole situation was in Laajo's hands as Nikhil was insensitive, insecure and a bit rude to Sagar. I felt Laajo was the only person there who could defuse the tension...but she gave more importance to professionalism. I agree that it was not Sagar's mistake at all. Sagar was more mature and decent in his approach. Nikhil was childish but he was doing a duty of a loving husband , maybe at the wrong place...So I feel Laajo should have considered this before blurting out what she did!! Sometimes we don't intend to hurt someone but it happens and that's what happened and it became serious because of Nikhil's insecurity.
I also feel that what Nikhil did with Laajo in their room was hurtful but Laajo also did the same thing by being adamant by asking for Nikhil's apology when Sagar had already rested the matter.

"Pride is an ego movement involving that which one apparently has achieved or possesses or is endowed with.

Pride is a vital, psychological movement of self-attachment to what one believes is superior inside or out.

A favorable and especially unduly high opinion of one's capacities, possessions, achievements is pride.

Pride takes pleasure in what one believes or is.

Pride attracts opposition from others who reject or come in conflict with it.

Pride is valuing one's self with the ego.

Love and truth have no pride."

I am creating a base for my point from the above raised points.

Barkha, Nani, Nikhil, Laajo Sagar and Ranawat are also suffering from pride and egotism of "maya" and self importance. It is this very quality which will see the downfall each and every one.

I am looking forward to the interplay between Jasmin, Nikhil and Laajo

Over to you guys.

all of u have done such wonderful analysis yaar...I want to reply to all of them in detail
I actually feel all of u r right in ur thinking
I loved varsha's thoughts and anu also liked ur analysis too , I guess partly we saw how much Nikhil has given in past hence we r bit sympathetic.
I feel makers r hell bent to show that all r human.
and jatinder what wonderful thoughts, we all r slaves of our egos...
I have experienced in life that once u let go of ego with any particular relationship, half your problems are over, life becomes more easily manageable.
zulekha dear I stil have to send u pm , as new year started yesterday at my work we had few chores ...loved ur analysis and would be replying to all of u tonight. thanks a lot for making this topic so wonderful and loved those intelligent and thought provoking thoughts. I sincerely wish makers think bit more kindly in respect to Nikhil, once in a while laajo should be shown making mistakes too, after all she is human being.
