I'm thinking Sanam probably accused Tanu of being heartless towards Aahil as she is forcing him to write in pain. Aahil as usual would defend his mom and probably tell Sanam that his mom deserves respect and that she loves him, unlike her (sanam). She may reply harshly ," just like how much you hate me." Sanam will be hurt about this.
