The best option is that he stays away from Khan sisters and If at all he has a chance it has to be Seher and Rehan then ..though i dnt support this idea either cuz he is Tanveer's son

I don't think he was thinking of himself when Sanam was talking about Dilshad either. That was done to make Aahil misunderstand. Rehan would never think she would talk about him that way, especially when he himself knows and told Dilshad that Sanam doesn't know of his plans or feelings.

I believe Rehaan is still weaving dreams about Sanam. But with Seher on horizon, he may unweave those dreams and start a new weave.

We get to know everyones thinking - Sanam, Ahil, Tanveer...

But we haven't got even a single monologue about what Rehaan thinks. Its 4 months and still Rehaan is being held as a wildcard, to be used whichever way the CVs want. But his hiding Tanveer's truth and intentions from Ahil puts a big question mark.
