Aahil calls Sanam as his wife and hidden love comes out.

The upcoming episode of Qubool Hai will show that aahil will start to feel restless on seeing Sanam near to him.

Sanam also feels the same feelings and also takes care of Aahil as he is injured.

Both Sanam and Aahil are heading towards the love words but are not ready to accept this.

Furthermore, Aahil will be in a dilemma whether he should tell Sanam about his feelings for her.

Aahil will also ask Rehaan to stay away from Sanam as she is his (Aahil's) wife.

Rehaan will ask Aahil whether he (Aahil) likes Sanam and about the reason behind the sudden change.

Aahil will be confused when Rehaan asks him if his hate feelings have changed in love for Sanam.

Let's see if Aahil confesses his love to Sanam in fear of losing her.

I dont understand these people. It has been clear to Ahil and the viewers for a while that he is madly and irrevocably in love with Sanam. W*F is he confused about then?! Fools! They should give their twiddling fingers a rest!

I think he is confused as to the fact, Sanam then Rehaan says he hated Sanam. He is confused even Rehaan says this, for he knows he never hated her. How could he hate her. He has saved her life many times, sacrificed his own to save her grandmotyher. He would think that is proof of his love, not hate for her.

This is something formulated from the last episode and the two precaps shown. Aahil calls Sanam his wife in the precap. 😆 everything given here, has already aired. Except for the last line, a speculative question.

@soup, Don't think Rehan is asking out of ignorance. He is asking to get Aahil to admit the truth.

😲 Then Aahil is making us even more confuse . What about his selfconfession: "I hate that I love you so much", clearly he knew that a long time ago 😕 .

Acc. to spoiler:

1. It doen't say that Rehan has confessed the friendship truth to Aahil

2. If 1. doesn't happen then Aahil won't know about their friendship via Rehan

3. If 2. doesn't happen, then friendship truth can go via Sanam

Well Aahil has not hated Sanam for a very long time! Get with the program! He himself admitted that he was in love with Sanam. (to himself), but decided to hate her when he found out she married him for money! (as stated by Ammi Jaan).

Also, Rehan... Tu blind hai kya? :)

Because it's not a spoiler per se. What beagleboy is saying is that writer/s of this should give it a rest.😆 The actual spoilers in this article have already aired, and how they are framing it shows they don't watch the show. That's all.

Aahil is not confused. Aahil knows he loves Sanam. He's known it for long. And the viewers know it too. The writers of this article the ones who are confused.😆
