The way Indian television showcases legal issues is a joke. They boost about spending money like water but never care to hire a legal expert.
In some shows you will find a woman has been emotionally blackmailed to back off from a muder case. Accordingly, she says in the court, " mujhe koi insaaf nahi chahiye aur bas case khatam" In murder cases the case is filed as the State Vs the accused. 😆 tu kaun hoti hai case wapas lene wali🤣
In some shows they show property disputes, Husband is dead and the woman and her children is left to starve.😆 No savings ? In one show, the man who died was a bank manager himself and yet his family was struggling day and nightf😆 Ridiculous.
In some cases they show weird divorce cases. " main tumhe talak de dunga". Tere baap ka raj hai ya tere baap bhi Raj Goenka hai ?
The height of nonsense is a life time punishment awarded to a woman for murder charges who was trying to save her life😆 How can she get life time punishment. Forgot about right to life ?
