me too think that he is monica's neighbour ....i saw him first time when monica particepated first, even most prob i saw in mtv show after monica's exit sitting wt monica's father

i thought he was monica's brother.....because i started to notice him with monica's dad...then i saw him in yesterday's gala....with rex's mom.....i wondered who he was.....he looks rather feminine....
