I didn't find her rude, arrogant or obnoxious.

Her response was perfect. Its just another natural process. I will never get why people make such a huge deal out of it.

Regarding the brand "Whisper". I think P&G's Always brand launched as Whisper in many countries because it was taboo to mention periods then. Over time the brand has received recognition for feminine hygiene products. Even though times have changed it would be difficult to switch the name to Always because Whisper is already an established brand name. You lose a lot of value when you scrap a successful brand name to start over.
