therefore, DD was not doing anything evil, or anythin which shud seem rong, he was merely defeating a dark wizard and usin it to his advantage
Where has it ever been said in any of the books that DD killed Grindelwald? I'm sorry but there's no proof of that. Its only said that DD defeated Grindelwald and there a 100 ways of defeating a person than killing him outrightly.
And even if DD did killed Grindelwald, it would be out of defense, and it would be for saving and for rightness. Dumbledore would not have enjoyed the killing, which, if you read HBP, is primely necessary for creating a Horcrux.
You need to enjoy killing...for the sake of killing.
The way you kill and the state of your mind after that depends as well.
If you enjoy killing and torturing others and so use and project the killing deed into making a Horcrux willingly, then only it can be made.
There is force of will required. And I feel it is sick think that Dumbledore would even think of doing such a heinous thing.
He isn't a coward like Voldemort and he doesen't fear death nor does he have any desire to prolong his life.
So, even if DD killed anyone,(and that is highly unlikely as it is), he would not event think of projecting it out into making a Horcrux. He knows the "incomparable power of a soul untarnished and whole" why would he do such crap things. He much preferred death rather than life in this way.
