Banner Contest should it be cancelled?

We all want to ask all the members should we cancel the banner contest of Kasturi Section. We had seen many members opening topics and asking when will the banner up, looking at that we started banner contest and what response we get handful of entries, is that fair?

There are so many creative talents out here and Kasturi is one of the most active sections of IF and handful participation which is indeed very disappointing. Its because of the members requests we had kept the banner contest up so that members get an ample time to participate😕

We want to know the reasons of members not participating(eg: If you want some more time) . Please post the reasons under this thread, if this is the case we will be forced to cancel the banner contest.

Shagun, if I could make banners, I'd participate! 😳

I know Nikki but there are so many creative talents out here who are so talented but participation is handful its so disappointing

i would love to participate lol but i have no idea how to make a banner and even if i tried it would suck lol 😳 but i think ppl are just busy with their exams...dont really know but plz dont cancel the banner contest im sure that some ppl with the time and skill will participate

hey, i'm making banner for kasturi for so long. it'll be done in about two days. please don't cancel it. i'll send my entry tomorrow. i was asking for the pics of some characters but i didn't get them that's why. i was taking long. but don't worry i'll send my entry soon as possible.

Some of us are completely new to forums and so do not know what a banner is (in terms of the forum).
I have become a member for the first time in a forum and I need more information on what is a banner, and how to create it etc.

Please provide some information.
