Her starpower may not be as big as some of her contemporaries..but she's arguably the best when it comes to acting. It seems like PC has her priorities down pat, and that is to keep pushing herself strictly as an actor..no wonder she's still getting meaty roles while the likes of Kareena are left with really nothing. As she says, being number 1 etc is all very fickle..you're number 1 today, but may not be tomorrow.. that's clearly not something she aims for and it shows. She's smart enough to acknowledge this and that's exactly why she still gets roles whereas some of her contemporaries are out of the picture.
