Aahil is in grave danger. He's more ill than Dilshaad. Sanam is haunting his room, feeling rotten that he is in such a state because of her.

She sneaks into his room, hold his hand and pleads for him to get better. Please don't leave me. I have rights over you. I am your wife. She clings on to his hand desperately calling him to wake up.

Dilshaad also needs blood, and both twins end up donating blood for their Badi Ammi unknowingly.Seher chances upon Sanam, and discovers someone who looks just like her. But Sanam doesn't see Seher.

Sanam gets more upset and worried when Aahil is being resuscitated. She runs to the prayer room to pray for him...She cries so much in prayer it was so heartbreaking to watch.

Please... Please save him...

I know he hates me, but despite that he has done so much for me, for Haya , for Badi Ammi...

He has saved me so many times, stood up for me when I was in trouble. He isn't as bad as I thought him to be. Please save him.

Please give me a chance to apologize to him. I've said and done horrible things to him. And I have behaved so badly to him. Please give me a chance to make amends.

His life is very precious, to me. Please don't take him away. Please.

Sanam cries and cries for his safety. All she thinks of is all the good things Aahil has done for her. And how at each turn she used horrible words and thought the worst of him. Her pain is so excruciating. Desperate devastation in the face of the threat of losing him...

If this isn't love , I don't know what is.

Precap: Rehan tells her Aahil is out of danger. He tells her that her prayer has helped Aahil come out of danger. Call me paranoid, but there's an anxiety inducing background score as he says this. And Sanam looks worried and upset.

OMG did Aahil misunderstand them AGAIN! NOoo!!!

Aahil is about to leave the hospital, and the doctor says not only our medicines but someone has prayed hard for your safety. Aahil looks at Sanam's direction and she looks on. Oh God. More Misunderstanding?

Rehan (with another new haircut) runs into Seher!!

p/s: Surbhi Jyothi rocked the episode. She was absolutely amazing!

Epi waa full on emotional. Sanam awww you are feeling guilty of what you said to ahil the last scene put me in tears😭

In precap I don't think there are any misunderstandings

I don't think so- Infact, I think Rehaan has put his feelings for Sanam to rest after this. The way he said it, it seemed more like he was telling her in a pleasant, way and he knew how much she prayed- I think they plan to pair Rehaan and Seher- hence the change in style.

I think I can safely say that with this episode, Rehaan will no longer be mooney eyed where Sanam is concerned. I think it is a bit abrupt though.

We don't know what he has in mind. Or did I miss something?

We'll see tomorrow. I say there's a good chance he just brought her there so she can rest and go to sleep.😆

This is a pretty cool written post, loved it. 👍🏼

And what I most like in this scene is, Sanam has kissed his hand so desperately and so caring. It was very Heavenly beautiful.

And then when Seher cried along with Sanam, I cried too 😭 . Seher doesn't even know what's happening with her.

The moment she ran and went down to the floor, I cried with her 😭 . And during her prayer I just got chills and cry even more, I couldn't hold back the tears. 😭😭 😭.

Surbhi Jyoti was Fabulous in portraying Sanam and the Sexy and Hot Seher. LOVE HER SO MUCH ❤️👏

This is totally out of topic, but has the activity on the forum gone down this week or what? Or is it just me? 😕 The forum is like a graveyard...

On topic, I thought SJ was astounding in that breaking down and dua scene. Her tears seemed SO real and I could totally connect with Sanam in that scene. Today, Sanam realised Aahil's place in her life and that this marriage is MUCH more than a farce (at least for her). I was pleasantly surprised how Sanam remembered all those moments where Aahil saved her, cause I thought she didn't remember them. Looks like she had suppressed all those memories and they all came tumbling out now that she is losing Aahil...

She didn't confess her love for him, I think she has just confessed that this nikaah is real for er and that she considers Aahil as her husband despite him hating her (what she thinks).

Precap: As I have said once before, I don't want Rehaan and Seher to be paired for obvious reasons, so no comments on that.
And hope Aahil realises that it was Sanam who prayed for him and not his nasty Ammi.

I never wanted Rehan-Sanam in the first place. But once he fell for Sanam with the Beintehaa Mohabhatt (even though i have no idea where that came from and find it unbelievable anyway), I was totally against Rehan-Seher, unless if she turned out not to be a identical twin. And even then, I wanted Rehan-Asma since early on anyway, so I never really wanted Rehan-Seher.

HOWEVER. The petty side of of me last week decided I wouldn't mind Rehan-Seher.🤣 I don't like Rehan-Seher at all. But I won't object to it anymore for certain reasons.
