Brighten the darkest hour, a patronus is in form of a silver light that protects the conjurer from the dementors.
Encouraged by one with flower. Snape was able to perform the patronus because of LILY hence the same form.
Not easy come easy go, a patronus is advanced form of magic and needs lots of focus.
Make the scariest bow. It drives and protects against dementors
Guardians May spring so, Harry conjured his first full patronus with his parents' memory
But help I too know, it helps in sending messages, and guide the path.

Clue 4) unraveled
I move around and live as seen, patronus are moveable charms
However I am not as equal as a living being. it is in form of a creature but it's not a living being
