What is exactly wrong wid dhruv and nandini's brother? Is it some psychological condition or what? Can anybody enlighten me wid it?

They still kept it a suspense... but it has something to do wid stars and aliens and stuff...!! They have seen something that made them like that!! Rishab lost his voice and Dhruv gets those attacks!!
