Akash as son is suspected only because he said Dev was like his brother when Dev D was in hospital after being shot. Otherwise yeah he looks rather older to be Suchitra's son.

He might hate Goenkas the way Amitabh's character hated his illegitimate father and his family in Trishul. Karna had issues in MB. Muslim faith might have come from those who adopted or gave him shelter. No big deal for them if they want to show him a long lost Goenka.

But then issue is how was he lost? If Rajnath or Sakshi threw him then why didn't they throw Dev to eliminate any male heir from Arnab's side?

Akash has to be an illegitimate son if he is to be shown as a Goenka at all.

I think we might be reading too much into Ayub Khan's joke. Though I think if it was a joke then it was kind of cheap.

Ofcourse, for a middle aged woman,"maa ban ne wali hai" is quite a downmarket statement. I too hope its a joke but if its not then Akash being her son will be a very forced twist in the story atleast for me.

Actually actors aren't suppose to open the script to the media but you know SBS and SBB they just nag them enough. Some of them take it lightly others just burst out like anything.

I think these lines fit perfectly for Tv actors or rather the makers as a whole " Aaine me aapna chehra dekhti hai wo, aur ye bhi dekhti hai ki koi dekhta na ho"

They want the media to cover their off screen segments but don't want them to question about it. Hypocrisy at its best.

No more ethics is left in this society. I know Suchitra is just a character of a story but to say she is pregnant and make a news is just cheap way to gain publicity. On other thoughts actually the actors who play old on screen aren't old enough to understand this. 😆 I am pretty sure, all of them must be of same age therefore they don't find it a cheap trick. Everything here is between friends.
