I agree with everything uv'e written except one thing.

How is it that you think Sanam might confess ? Granted the situation might lead to an overflow of emotions but i certainly don't think a confession from either parties will happen !

Lets not forget Sanam is completely unaware of what exactly is love. Even Aahil took time to fully grasp and understand what that restlessness inside him meant. No matter how dire a situation or how selfless an act, for some one whose completely foreign to the term love cant just simply confess. Sure it will trigger many deeper and meaningful emotions but still too early to confess.Even if its a life and death situation prior to the accident Sanam is still foreign to the term love. i believe those new found feelings of Sanam for Aahil could possibly her first step to finding out what love truly is .
