You have made such an amazing post today. It is something that is in the hearts and mind of every RRian.
The reason why I got attracted to RR was it's different plot, backdrop, an absolutely stunning visual of Paro running on the sand dunes in all her beauty and glory... a very handsome and rustic Rudra Pratap Ranawat on a motorbike.. twirling his moustache on the same sand dunes elsewhere. Was something like this ever seen before.. No in my opinion.!
The Rajasthani flavor, the dialect, the setup, the story and the execution were all perfect. Each character was so well casted and enacted. Kudos to the RR casting director who chose such an awesome ensemble cast. All this made RR epic and that it will remain in the times to come.
Sanish as Parud have literally set such high bars of chemistry that is really hard to find and match. I am so in love with them. It is hard to let go.
There is not much to say about the tastes of Indian telly viewer.. trp audience as u so call it. They are okay to watch bigamy, infidelity, stupidity, crass romance, slaughter of characters , kitchen politics , supernatural stuff in an otherwise normal surrounding...basically all that RR was lacking but they wont give a chance to a new concept.
People may think RR is flop but what they dont understand is the difference in class viewing and crass viewing.
I dont want to watch run of the mill stuff and I wont. Everybody is doing the same thing across channels with some twists etc.
I am too done with Indian telly shows though I am in India becasue I am highly amazed by the unprofessionalism of the channel, the way it has treated RR as if it is trash, the unfair treatment and I hope they get it all back in their face which I am sure they will. It is all really not worth of my sleepless nights and heartache. It is unfair on me as a viewer and a fan.
