Raj Baddhan stands by his stance that the rumors are unconfirmed and he wants official statements from the channel before giving the final verdict. I am being pessimistic with a small hope because I don't trust Colors, and I am seething. Here's my thoughts.
According to Murphy's Law: Anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Haan, very pessimistic view of the world, but it suits the Colors mindset, what went wrong with ST's thinking, and RR's troubles.
I firmly believe that Colors is a unprofessional channel, evidenced by it's lack of response to queries and the buzz, and they exhibit poor marketing technique, poor planning, and biased decision making.
It's not TRP that made the decision, whatever it actually is...because TRPs are on a similar scale with the other shows. It is simply Colors & the problems they had. Sadly, when RR started, Colors had HUGE expectations. By huge, I mean monumental, because ST was overconfident and thought it would rule TRP charts. The other show started with less expectation, and that's why the channel isn't as harsh with it. I have a feeling Colors invested more $$$ in RR, and as it didn't return the profit, it is angry...and I am seething because this is what I was worried about from the beginning.
High expectations lead to stress, track changes, failures, and etc. Rangrasiya is and was and hamesha will be the best show on Indian TV, SaNish have chemistry UNMATCHED, and Sanaya has performed her BEST in RR with the roles given. There is so much potential with the brilliant cast, plot etc, and there still is.
What the makers and Colors need to and should have understood is that RR IS NOT FOR THE TRP AUDIENCE. The TRP audience likes saas-bahu or Mill and Boons. BAS. That's why Gul Khan shows worked, that's why ST's MEIEJ worked too, because that was along the Mill & Boon tale.
RR is spiritual, out of the box, divine, and holy in every sense. Colors doesn't see the international popularity, the online popularity, and the craze over PaRud because they fail to understand TRP does not measure a show's success, and this is a NEW TYPE OF SHOW.
It introduced love beyond catch-and-fall scenes. It showed us divine Shiv-Shakti love. It shows us the idea that pyaar is all-divine, and can change cynicism. It shows us that INNER BEAUTY is what captures a heart, and PaRud are the holiest and best of divine couples because they are built on HOPE, FAITH, RESPECT, TRUST, and complete and utter devotion to the characters and personalities of each other at the central core. That is love. That is pyaar, and that, my friends, is Rangrasiya.
Apparently Gul Khan's coming back with a M&B show. Am I watching? No. It does not include Sanaya, I am mostly done with Indian TV, and the message is plain and simply: ONLY M&B, Saas-bahu rohna dhone keeps a show on air. Pure, divine, exciting, lovely, deep spiritual shows like RR do not get that chance because the Indian TRP audience don't see what is valuable and what is, quite simply, crap and repeated plotlines
As a Sanz fan, I am proud to say this show is her hallmark of talent, and this show will be forever the best on Indian TV, whatever happens.
I refuse to be nice. I am burning. Colors TV, you will go the way of NDTV Imagine. Karma bites. Lord Krishna himself has stated that karma comes in the way you give your actions. This kind of unfair and biased thinking does no good for the channel.
I am proud of Sanaya <3 and Kudos to SaNish for their unmatched chemistry and devotion to the show. No other couple has matched them or will ever. B A S. Indian TV and Colors can say and rot what they want, for all I care, because truth always wins, and we know what RR truly is 😳
